Hi guys, something different in today’s video! After receiving multiple quotes of up to £10000 to renovate our small new build garden, we decided to apply a bit of DIY and give it a makeover ourselves! As you can imagine, this brought the cost down significantly to less than a third of the quoted price which better suited our smaller budget.
By sourcing materials cheaply and doing a lot of the garden makeover ourselves, we were able to design our small new build garden how we wanted. Not only this, but our new build garden transformation project was really fun and something that we enjoyed working on together! Many new build homes in the UK only come with a basic garden consisting of a few slabs and a bit of turf, or sometimes no garden at all. I hope this video can help anyone looking for new build garden ideas for their own home, or even those who are looking to give their existing garden a makeover on a budget.
