It is fall garlic season, and while we are a bit late, it’s better late then never!
I have planted my garlic and mulched it with pine shavings. Nearly all of it has sprouted!
I was just seeing what would happen when I planted mine in the spring. The green part grew for a long time then died off and I forgot about them, until today when I was adding the soil from my tomato pot to a raised bed and found two of the three had grown new spouts and are looking promising.
