Cacti should not be placed on the balcony or in the garden until the danger of frost has passed. In a sheltered place on the balcony with a cover (fleece) for night, you can put your cacti outside when it is at least 15°C during the day.
Bring the plants in at night when night frosts are imminent (a planting fleece unfortunately does not keep warm enough).
It is very important that the plants are protected from rain. Water in quantities does not like cacti at all; they start to rot and die. Maybe you can place the cacti under an eaves? There they have more protection from rain and wind.
Also, slowly accustom the plants to the sun. Succulents can also get burned and damaged.
